About Me
Hi, I’m Shannon Williams, the founder of Brilliant Kids Child Development. My journey in early childhood education started at our family owned and operated childcare center Graham's Daycare Center, where I was taught that every child learns in their own way and deserves to feel seen, valued, and supported.
I’ve dedicated my life to nurturing children and creating environments where they can thrive. As both a mother of four and an experienced childcare director, I bring not only professional expertise but also a deep personal understanding of the importance of early care and education. I hold a degree in Early Childhood Development and Education, and my passion is helping children reach their full potential through environments that balance freedom and structure.
Brilliant Kids was born out of my belief that children thrive when their uniqueness is celebrated. Here, we adapt the environment to meet each child’s needs, encourage creativity, and focus on inclusion so that no child is ever left behind with an approach that blends Montessori-inspired freedom with supportive structure, ensuring every child is seen, valued, and encouraged to grow at their own pace.
